Whether travelling, undertaking DIY projects, gardening or just relaxing at home, there are some great posture tips to prevent pain when gardening, relaxing or doing DIY to help avoid problems with your back and posture.
The less often we use muscles the more likely we are to strain them and the weak they become. Likewise, with our joints, they become less mobile with inactivity. Pain is an indicator of something not working correctly not a signal to stop.
Prevention is always better than the cure but if you do overstrain or hurt yourself in these activities I’m always here to support you back to health! There are some great examples of common ways we affect our posture here.
