Fears and Phobias

There are many levels of fears and phobias. Phobias often derive themselves in fear of the unknown or of fantastical stories. 

Fear can send us running from a room, prevent us taking part or freeze us to the spot. No matter what, it is likely that you would experience a fast heart rate, sweaty palms and a churning stomach. There are physiological reasons for these responses but they are driven by Hubble Bubble and Hippo ganging up and making us anticipate the worst possible outcome. 

When we tell our brain we have done something when we haven’t, it believes us, so if we anticipate a negative outcome then we believe we have already done it and experienced the negative outcome. This can prevent us from being the best version of ourselves that we can be. Relaxation through trance, helps you to see the real picture and to make the right decision for you, based on actual events not perceived ones.
