We’re making some changes to our booking policy so it is important to let you know what to expect when booking an appointment.Missed appointments or ‘no-shows’ mean that the appointment in effect goes to waste. Whilst we appreciate things can happen unexpectedly, we get it, it also means that the clinician/therapist’s time goes without payment resulting in lost earnings despite being ready to treat you. With that, from the 1st June 2022 we will be requiring you to pay for your treatment at the time of booking. This will secure the booking in the calendar and in your mind – no-one likes to pay for something they aren’t going to use right?
Don’t worry, you will still receive reminders 3 days before and 2 hours before your appointment in the same manner.
If you wish to change your appointment and there are more than 48 hours until it is due, you will be able to do this online or by calling us. We’ll rearrange the appointment once without charge, any more changes above this and you will forfeit the original booking fee.
If you need to cancel your appointment and there are more than 48 hours until it is due, you will need to call us so that we can refund you in full.
If there is less than 24 hours notice, unless for extreme and genuine circumstances, you will not receive a refund and the rearranged appointment will be subject to a further booking charge.
