Established in 2010, Greenacres Chiropractic Centre has evolved. Under the new umbrella, Greenacres Health provides four key services and support you for all round health and well-being.

Bridget graduated from a 4 year honours degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic based at the then University of Glamorgan near Cardiff, Wales in 2002. Having discovered Chiropractic as a patient herself in 1991 and enjoyed the benefits of treatment, she enrolled as a mature student. In 2003 she set up her first practice in Brecon, amid the beautiful Welsh mountains she built a successful practice. Moving away from the area in 2010, Bridget subsequently married and moved to Peterborough to continue her work under the banner of Greenacres Chiropractic Centre. Bridget qualified in 2016 in Solution-focused clinical hypnotherapy (SFCH) and psychotherapy. Subsequently, she expanded the practice to include talking therapies for two reasons:
“Initially, I saw the physical effect that emotional life events had on my chiropractic patients and how patterns evolve when triggers occur, and secondly, I witnessed firsthand the profound positive benefits of SFCH. This piqued my curiosity on how this might benefit chronic pain sufferers, and I found Sanomentology through the Rapid Pain Elimination aspect, qualifying as a therapist in the protocols in 2018.”

Julie began her early working life as an Allied Health Professional looking after patients in the operating theatre, undergoing surgical procedures, working in Accident & Emergency and Intensive Care. During her time with the NHS, it was apparent that for a large majority of the patients who have to undergo invasive medical procedures, suffer from chronic ill health, or have their life cut short, it could have been prevented. The consequences of poor diet and lifestyle, and the needless suffering that she believed could be avoided through the right information and support. Julie has worked in both the NHS and her own private practice to help hundreds of clients and patients improve their health. Supporting clients to make small measurable changes to reduce pain and discomfort, reduce the markers of ill-health, improve their energy levels, lose weight, prevent illness and improve mental health.
